Solution

  • To negotiate a new lease to remain in occupation post landlords upgrade works.
  • Agreed for landlords works to accommodate tenants proposed alterations and subsequent location of M&E reducing tenants costs.
  • Temporary office space provided by way of co-working membership providing access to the business lounges, meeting rooms and amenities of the landlords portfolio of offices in the city centre.
  • Undertook a bespoke refurbishment and upgrade of outdated workplace environment.
