- Negotiation of a subject to planning agreement with Chevin Homes for the redevelopment of barns to 3 dwellings and 6 new build dwellings with conversion of a Grade II Listed farmhouse.
- Historic designations of the Grade II listed farmhouse and Grade I listed church were an issue to development.

- We negotiated a favourable subject to planning agreement with Chevin Homes which was honoured throughout with a variable purchase price based on the coverage of the development.
- Provided advice on the relation of the dwellings to the listed buildings allowing clear line of sight between the two.
- Ensured the developer submitted their application on time and at anticipated cost.
