Background and industry experience

Toby joins the Banbury Residential team having worked for 20 years in estate agency with both Savills and Strutt and Parker.
His core geographic area of expertise is centred around north Oxfordshire including south Northamptonshire, south Warwickshire, north Buckinghamshire and the north Cotswolds. His contact network is wide and loyal.

He prides himself on giving good honest advice based on his years of experience and property knowledge. He believes wholeheartedly in offering excellent service and being proactive in working hard for his clients to achieve the best results.

Before property, Toby owned and ran three restaurants in west London.

He lives in a rural village between Banbury and Chipping Norton with his wife, Karen, and has three children, Theo, Louis and Claudia (and a schnauzer, Sybil). Toby skis, plays tennis twice a week, supports Man City FC, and loves 'big' walking.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Generally, I love hosting Open House Hours as a start of any marketing campaign. Great atmosphere with both opportunities to meet good applicants who are potential prospective clients and often generate excellent results.

Most admired, non-property brand?
Lego

Top pastime?
Big' Walking (annual 40 mile Ridgeway walk within nine hours).

Best holiday destination?
Kitzbuhel in Austria - all seasons (both winter and summer sports).
