Background and industry experience
Susan's role involves many aspects of estate agency, primarily ensuring that clients' requirements are handled in a friendly and efficient manner and doing everything to make the home moving process an experience to remember for all the right reasons. She arranges market appraisals, viewings, sales negotiations and liaises with solicitors to progress sales swiftly and smoothly to exchange of contracts.Susan's career in estate agency began in 1988 and her knowledge of the Chester and North Wales market is extensive to say the least. Having worked for a corporate estate agent in North Wales for 12 years, she ventured into commercial recruitment with a leading Chester agency. Whilst enjoying a successful six years in this sector, her passion for selling homes never wavered and in 2006 she returned to estate agency.
With over 25 years experience, which also includes valuing and listing property during the last 12 years, Susan is able to deal with all aspects of the sales process from beginning to end and has built strong relationships with vendors and purchasers, many of whom have become long-standing acquaintances.
Outside work, Susan enjoys her leisure time outdoors particularly walking and cycling. She also enjoys an active social life with friends and family and has a love for travelling and exploring new destinations both in the UK and abroad.
