Background and industry experience

Steve is a Partner in the Commercial agency team in our Manchester office and has over 20 years’ experience in the North West property market. Steve has a strong track record in advising office and industrial institutions, landlords, occupiers and developers throughout the North West.

Steve started his career with Fuller Peiser (which later became BNP Paribas Real Estate) in 2000 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002.

Steve is a keen sportsman and lives with his young family in South Manchester. In his spare time he enjoys sports, particularly hockey, and spends most Sunday mornings coaching junior hockey.
