Background and industry experience

Sophie works within the Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. Her main focus is sourcing and hiring great talent across all offices for Fisher German. This includes managing advert response and headhunting. She is part of the wider vision to make Fisher German's candidate experience one of the best in the industry.

Sophie graduated with an English degree in 2018 and has since completed her Level 3 CIPD Diploma. She now has 4 years' experience working within recruitment, working both in agency and in-house, across various industries.

Sophie lives just outside of Coalville in a small village called Ellistown. She enjoys being outdoors and exploring, but equally loves being tucked up in bed with her beloved cat, Winston, reading a book or playing video games.
