Applications for our 2025 scheme opened on 20 September 2024 and closes on 13 November 2024 at 5pm. The next stage involves a two-phase, in-person interview process, which will take place over December and January.

Our schemes are designed to help everyone, regardless of their role, achieve their full potential and develop their careers within the firm. Those joining us in 2025 will be among peers who have started rewarding careers in property consultancy and are currently participating in our schemes.

Olivia Duncan, Head of Graduate Recruitment, shared her experience: “I was fortunate to join as a graduate in 2016 and have progressed to lead graduate recruitment. I am proud of this role and enjoy meeting enthusiastic and talented individuals who represent the future of our business.”

Rebecca Lindsay, a graduate based at our Ashby office, transitioned from nursing to building surveying after completing a placement year with us. She said: “Everyone at Fisher German was incredibly supportive. The interview process was straightforward with no group interviews, which made it less stressful. I have enjoyed applying what I learned at university on-site with the guidance of my colleagues.”

Rio Farquarson joined our Manchester office as a building surveying graduate in our building consultancy team in May 2024 after earning a law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. He said: “I learned about the graduate schemes at Salford University, where I am currently pursuing a master’s in building surveying. I was drawn to Fisher German’s collaborative environment and a strong emphasis on structured training and support for graduates.”

Kate Wesson joined our infrastructure team in Newark in March 2023 after graduating from Nottingham Trent with a degree in wildlife conservation. She is now pursuing a master’s at Harper Adams. Kate said: “I met the early careers team at a university career fair. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I have always wanted to explore a career in infrastructure, and the mix of project management, landowner consultation, and advice was ideal for my background.”

Arjun Delay joined our commercial agency team in Birmingham as a graduate surveyor. He said: “I was impressed by Fisher German’s opportunities in the commercial sector. I have enjoyed working in the office and industrial markets, representing clients through disposal and acquisition work. I am grateful for the exceptional support network around me as I continue to progress my career.”

Christian Beeston, a graduate surveyor in our commercial agency sector, joined us in June 2023. He graduated from Lancaster University and Nottingham Trent University. Christian said: “The Insight Programme provided a glimpse into the diverse services Fisher German offers. The company has a friendly and inviting nature whilst also being experts in their fields. The feedback process was one of the best parts, encouraging growth and perseverance.”
