Background and industry experience
Samantha moved to the Worcester Infrastructure Team in June 2015, after initially joining Fisher German and the Ashby Office as a Graduate in September 2012.Samantha undertakes work for a number of different utility clients including National Grid (Transmission and Distribution), Cadent Gas Ltd and Wales and West Utilities (WWU). She has undertaken two part-time secondee roles for clients within the gas industry. The first for National Grid and the second for WWU. Both were varied roles including project management of external suppliers, along with handling various refurbishment schemes and acquiring the rights for new apparatus.
Samantha is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Samantha was brought up on the family farm in Powys, but now lives in Herefordshire with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys socialising with friends and is a keen baker!

Why did you join Fisher German?
Joining as a graduate, the APC programme offered by Fisher German stood out from the competition, providing a great network of support for the role I was undertaking, not just from my office but across the firm as a whole.
What has been your favourite project and why?
I enjoyed undertaking both secondment roles, each allowed me an insight into how the clients operate and in-turn any opportunities which would ensure we were offering the client the best service possible.
