Background and industry experience

Following on from his graduation from a MSc Real Estate in 2022, Sam joined the company in September 2022. As a graduate surveyor, Sam is currently in the Valuation team based out of Manchester, and is set to rotate into the Business Rates department in June 2023.

Sam is building his experience in the industry through working on a variety of different property assets in various roles. Sam aims to pass his APC in Autumn 2024.

Why did you join Fisher German?
I was part of the Matthews & Goodman team - the two companies merged in 2022

What has been your favourite project and why?
I enjoyed working on a development appraisal for a residential scheme in North Wales. It was interesting to work on a project that was close to home and that will bring a modern residential offering to the area.

Mercedes

Top pastime?
Football, surfing and mountain biking.

French Alps
