Background and industry experience

Sam's professional career in property management started in 2015 with Firstport as a residential property manager, before moving to Scanlans. Sam joined Vine Property Management team in 2018 as a commercial property manager and currently manages schemes comprising of industrial estates and small offices. Coming from residential property management background, Sam has learnt a lot in order to transform into commercial property management role.

Sam lives in Birmingham. He is currently running a monthly charity collection event within the Midlands property management team, and have since raised money for charities like Help for Heroes, the Mind and the MS Society.

Sam enjoys outdoor activities, travelling, cycling, kayaking, playing badminton and squash with friends. He also enjoys card and board games, BBQ, listening to music (especially classic rock) and countryside road trips. Sam is learning to play electro-acoustic guitar.
