Background and industry experience
Richard's primary focus is central London and the South East offices and the clients he works with range from FTSE 100 companies, to international conglomerates and High Net Worth individuals. He has over 35 years of experience in commercial property transactions - including occupational lease consultancy and strategy, acquisition, disposal, development and capital markets investment. As a result, his clients can be assured of three things:- Honesty

- Developing creative solutions to their property issues.
A former competitive runner, he has completed nine London Marathons. However, Richard now dedicates more of his leisure hours to sailing, both cruising and competitively. Richard is also regularly asked to navigate and has raced in the Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) Caribbean 600, numerous inshore and offshore races and a number of RORC Fastnet races.
