Background and industry experience

Ralph started working in the commercial property sector in 2005 for a small firm of chartered surveyors. There Ralph assisted with surveys, valuations, agency as well as management.

This gained Ralph a broad understanding of commercial property which still, to this day, serves him well.

Ralph manages a diverse portfolio of multi let industrial estates, business and retail parks.

Ralph's experience extends to all aspects of property management having also been involved with rent reviews, lease renewals and overseeing refurbishment projects.

Ralph lives in Glasgow with his wife, two children, two cats and dog.

My Swiss Army knife - with its multi use my survival will depend on it!
