Background and industry experience

Rachel is a member of the Property Management Accounts Department whose team is National and covers both the North and South portfolios. She is based in the Liverpool office and has been in the industry for 28 years building a strong track record working on commercial, residential and mixed use schemes.

Rachel is an experienced service charge and client accountant and is therefore able to demonstrate a wide knowledge of the properties within her portfolio. This has also enabled her to transfer her skills to training newer members of the team with both the nuances of property management accounts and the in house specialist software.

With an educational background majoring on the arts and literature, Rachel enjoys reading and the theatre in her spare time.
