Background and industry experience

Paul is a Partner in the Property & Asset Management team, based in the North West, and provides expert focus on Client Relationship Management and Business Development to our clients.

Paul has been involved with a number of high profile instructions over the last 25+ years throughout the NW and has a broad range of experience in most disciplines, enabling him to deal with a wide cross section of property issues.

Paul provides day to day advice to a number of national and local investor clients, together with Local Authorities and his role extends well beyond the usual expectations of a Property Manager, specialising in strategic planning, professional work and asset enhancement.
