Background and industry experience

Nicola has over 20 years experience in HR, payroll and compliance within the property sector.

She has responsiblity for managing benefits and pensions across the business, ensures our people policies and procedures are up to date and creates new policies in line with latest legislation and best practice.

Nicola has a special interest and focus on wellbeing and mental health and is a trained Mental Health First Aider.

Previous roles have included marketing and events planning for a football club and insurance claim broking at Lloyd's of London.

Outside of the London office, Nicola is a busy mum of two children, has two cats and is wife to a golf-fantatic. She enjoys family walks, cooking, a nice glass of red and true crime documentaries.
