Background and industry experience

Nick works out of the Liverpool office and sits within the Advisory Services division of Fisher German where he works in the building surveying team. He Qualified as MRICS in 2011 and has a wide experience of both project and professional work including refurbishment / repair projects of office and industrial sectors. Professional work includes building survey reports, dilapidations, party wall, insurance assessments and development monitoring.

Nick lives in Liverpool with his young family so can often be found in the park and the sideline of a football pitch. Nick enjoys most sports and can mainly be found hacking up the golf course.

Why did you join Fisher German?
I was part of the Matthews & Goodman team - the two companies merged in 2022

What has been your favourite project and why?
Dismantling the front elevation of building and rebuilding whilst the tenant remained trading from site. Challenging on many fronts.

Self proclaimed BBQ king and golf

Las Vegas

One item to take to a desert island?
A boat

Who would you like to be stranded in a lift with?
Dwayne The Rock Johnson so he could use some actions movie skills and get us out.
