Background and industry experience

Mo works in the People Team, focusing on Early Careers Recruitment & Development. Having worked in HR and Talent Acquisition roles within the Banking and Higher Education sectors, Mo has over 20 years experience to share with the team, and passionate about being innovative and delivering a first class candidate experience.

Originally from Yorkshire, Mo has lived in NW Leicestershire for over 20 years (with a short stint of living in Hong Kong), with her two sons and husband.

Outside of work Mo is passionate about arts and crafts and was lucky to have worked as an art teaching assistant/technician at a leading international school in Hong Kong in 2023-24. When not spending time with her two sons, she enjoys attending concerts by any of her favourite 90's indie/rock bands (especially Shed Seven), crochet, and gardening.
