Background and industry experience

Mia has over 10 years’ experience of all aspects of property management.

Mia is the project lead for a retail portfolio comprising circa 100 client occupied and sublet retail units. This is an active management role as the portfolio is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the client. Regular liaison is required with the client’s Estate Managers and the Fisher German Agency and Landlord & Tenant teams to ensure lease compliance whilst minimising client costs.

In addition, Mia is responsible for some of our largest commercial property management instructions in London with a combined service charge budget in excess of £5m per annum and oversees the day-to-day management of these properties.

Mia maintains a close working relationship with her clients and has an excellent knowledge of the properties that she is responsible for. Her experience and people skills enable her to get the best from a soft services team and she has a good understanding of hard services.
