Background and industry experience

Martin is an Associate Partner Property Manager in the Cwmbran office starting there for Vine in 2007 and is responsible for managing numerous properties across South Wales and the South West including industrial estates, office blocks and retail parks.

Martin originally qualified as a carpenter spending several years on sites before returning to university to gain a degree in building surveying then working in social housing for a period before moving into the care home sector managing and maintaining care homes nationwide before moving onto Vine.

Martin lives in Cardiff with his wife and his two, now grown up, children
