Background and industry experience

Kate qualified as a rural surveyor in 2014 working in private practice on utility and infrastructure schemes before moving to an in-house role at HS2, preparing strategies and processes for the delivery of utility works affecting rural landowners and businesses. Having subsequently moved back to private practice and spending a few years managing estates for Public Sector clients, Kate joined Fisher German in 2022 to focus on more traditional Estate Management for private clients, with a particular focus on efficiencies and estate strategies to ensure a focused approach to management.

Kate lives in Cheshire with her husband and they are driving forward the diversified farming business at home. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, watching sports, walking and holidays!
