Background and industry experience

Juliet, as the Director of Continuous Improvement, is responsible for helping Fisher German's Team Leaders identify, support and deliver across the firm's processes and operations. Her focus is on improvements which are designed to deliver consistent and sustained client satisfaction, whilst constantly enhancing the firm's efficiency and effectiveness.

Juliet has considerable experience of running a wide range of SMEs - from media and education companies, to hospitality and a surveying firm.

As a proven business strategist, she has been instrumental in launching start-ups, as well as growing and helping the organisations she has led - including planing and implementing successful exit strategies.

Juliet is also very experienced in representing businesses within their professional communities and championing ESG values and programs in the organisations she has worked in.
