Background and industry experience

James works in the Utilities & Infrastructure sector within the Market Harborough office. He is currently working on behalf of National Utilities clients, including Severn Trent Water & CLH-PS. His work involves gaining access over third party land, feasibility optioneering, land purchase, project management and compensation requirements. James graduated from Northumbria University, having gained a degree in commercial property. He went on to join the Utilities team at Stafford office as a graduate in 2010, moving to Market Harborough in 2015 to strengthen the Utilities team there. Outside of work, James enjoys watching and participating in all forms of sport.

What has been your favourite project and why?
55 validation dig repairs for CLH. It was a very fast paced job and all went to plan. Entire scheme completed within 18 months.
