Background and industry experience

James is Head of Investment, with a track record of over 35 years in property investment strategy, acquisitions & disposal, property valuation and has a passion for creating value for clients through active asset management initiatives to maximise returns and futureproof client portfolios.

Clients include fund managers, property companies, local authorities, international family offices and private investors.

James acts as a client representative, co-ordinates multi-disciplinary teams, and has held advisory committee positions.

He is also experienced in business management and fronted the merger of Matthews & Goodman and Fisher German.
