Background and industry experience
Helen joined the firm in August 2010, having completed a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University.Shortly after joining Fisher German, Helen passed her APC and CAAV examinations, becoming MRICS FAAV.
Helen works in the Infrastructure Consultancy team working on projects across the central region. She is currently managing projects on behalf of national utilities clients including Anglian Water, Severn Trent and Cadent. Her work involves gaining access over third party land, feasibility optioneering, land purchase, project management and compensation forecasting and settlement.
Other specialisms include compulsory purchase, valuation and landlord and tenant matters.
Alongside general practice surveying, Helen is also a CAAV examiner, as well as an APC Supervisor and Assessor for internal training purposes.
In her spare time, Helen can usually be found playing a sport of some kind or planning her next overseas venture.
