Why did you join Fisher German?
I have worked in various L&D roles on a project by project basis before joining Fisher German. I wanted to join a progressive, forward thinking organisation where I can really make an impact with L&D and grow the function. Fisher German ticked all the boxes and has a really exciting vision for L&D.
What has been your favourite project and why?
My favourite project was the SAP implementation at Shoosmiths. Shoosmiths were the first legal company in the UK to implement SAP as their finance system, so this was a real challenge from the offset which I was heavily involved in. I was responsible for creating and developing the programme framework, literature and delivery. It was extremely challenging but also very rewarding.

George Foreman Grill. Solar powered, obviously!
Who would you like to be stranded in a lift with?
Diego Maradona.

It would be a close call between either Goodfellas or The Godfather - but I would have to say Goodfellas...just.
