Background and industry experience

Gemma is Regional Head of the commercial property management team in the North East, predominantly based from the office in Rotherham. Her role involves the management of a variety of industrial, office and retail property across the region for a range of clients.

Gemma has over 18 years experience in property management, primarily in multi-let industrial estates. She studied Surveying at Reading University whilst simultaneously achieving Associate RICS membership and working full time in a busy property management role.

She lives in West Yorkshire with her fiance, two daughters and two rescue dogs. Gemma loves to keep fit and spends much of her spare time either running, cycling or walking with the dogs

When did you join Fisher German?
I joined Vine in March 2017, which became part of FG in April 2021.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Improving security at a large industrial estate in Doncaster, resulting in a lower void rate an reduced insurance claims for the client and an improved environment for the tenants .

Top pastime?
Cycling.

Best holiday destination?
Anywhere in the hills or mountains, whether it home or abroad.
