Background and industry experience

Frances joined the firm in September 2020 after graduating from Harper Adams University with a first-class honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. She subsequently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in January 2022.

Orignially from North Yorkshire, Frances has previously worked in residential property management in the North East, and with an estate near York. She now very much enjoys her role within the rural team at Market Harborough, providing property management and consultancy services to various mixed-portfolio estates across Leicestershire, Cheshire and Wiltshire.

Having stemmed from farming roots, Frances has a passion for the outdoors and is currently making her way through the 214 Wainwrights in the Lake District. On an evening, she can usually be found chasing after a hockey ball or in the gym.
