Background and industry experience

Eva is a part of the Valuation team in the London office and focuses on Red Book Valuations for Secured Lending and Financial Reporting as well as Consulting Valuations relating to CPO, taxation and planning viability.

Prior to moving to the Commercial sector, Eva has experience of working in the Rural sector, principally providing planning advice and undertaking asset/portfolio Valuations.

Eva lives in London with friends having grown up on the borders of North Wales. She plays lacrosse and the occasional game of tennis, loves escaping to the countryside to see friends and family, and enjoys a pint at the pub!
