Background and industry experience

Edward works in the Property Management & Consultancy Team specialising in the valuation of all types of commercial, residential and mixed use development property for a variety of purposes including loan security, viability assessments and taxation.

Edward started his career in 2013, following his graduation from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester with a degree in Rural Land Management. He previously worked within West Midlands Development Land Team where he advised clients on the various aspects of development land, including conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements, and disposal of consented sites.

Edward grew up in Worcestershire and still resides near Bromsgrove. Outside of work, Edward enjoys all aspects of sport, especially golf, shooting and cricket.
