Background and industry experience

Doug is a commercial property specialist within Fisher German's Central London Agency team, providing leasing advice to both landlords and tenants. He specialises in property acquisitions and disposals within the Central London office market. Doug's expertise also encompasses strategic appraisal advice for commercial assets held by institutions and high-net-worth individuals. Additionally, he offers comprehensive occupancy advice to tenants regarding their office lease obligations.

A History graduate from the University of Leeds, Doug earned a Master’s in real estate from the University of Reading and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) in 2022.

Outside of work, Doug lives in Hackney and enjoys playing cricket and football. He is also a keen reader with a particular interest in history and politics.
