Background and industry experience

Dominic is a Partner within the investment team, with over 20 years' client focused experience advising on the acquisition and disposal of property investments, asset management and portfolio strategy across a broad range of UK asset classes.

Dominic is also a RICS Registered Valuer with outstanding technical capabilities which, combined with robust market knowledge across the UK office, industrial/warehouse, retail and alternative sectors, enables the regular provision of advice to property companies, institutions, developers, charities, private investors, family offices, trusts and receivers.

Through the formation of lasting, close working relationships focused on a deep understanding of clients' needs, Dominic applies a tenacious and responsive approach to secure positive outcomes.

Dominic lives in Cheshire with his partner and when he is not busy managing/ferrying his children, he enjoys travel and all aspects of the outdoors.

Why did you join Fisher German?
Matthews & Goodman merged with Fisher German. I joined M&G in 1999.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Completing a complicated tri party agreement on a city centre office acquisition acting for a foreign ambassador.

Top pastime?
Paddle boarding (or flailing in the water next to it)

Best holiday destination?
Iceland....so far

One item to take to a desert island?
A tool box so I can massively over engineer a DIY shelter, boat, etc.

Who would you like to be stranded in a lift with?
A lift engineer! I once had a bad experience in a mortuary lift.
