Background and industry experience

David is a Partner in the Commercial Transactional Team of Fisher German based in our Manchester and Liverpool offices and has worked across the North West and North Wales regions for in excess of 25 years.

Predominantly focused on the industrial and logistics sector including multi-let estates, mid-box and large distribution shed market he has a wealth of experience helping clients to achieve their business space objectives. He is also involved in residential land disposals.

David provides technical advice on Landlord and Tenant matters, acquisitions & disposals, break clause opportunities, lease surrenders, lease expires and also expert witness reports for third parties.

Outside of work he enjoys playing hockey, walking, road cycling and mountain biking.

Why did you join Fisher German?
I was part of the Matthews & Goodman team - the two companies merged in 2022

What has been your favourite project and why?
Difficult, but probably the pre-let of 190,000 distribution shed at Meir Park, Stoke-on-Trent to the Co-operative Group on behalf of HBD as this was my first 'big shed' build to suit deal.

Most admired, non-property brand?
Coca Cola - Love or loathe them their global outreach even in the remotest parts of the world is remarkable.

Top pastime?
Playing sport, cycling and walking

Best holiday destination?
New Zealand - stunning countryside with plenty to do for adrenaline junkies!
