Background and industry experience

Daniel is Head of Agency in Knutsford, where he is part of the residential sales team. Having worked in the residential market for 19 years, Daniel has experience and specialises in premium property sales including country houses, farms, development opportunities and second homes, with a focus on the affluent South Manchester, wider Cheshire and North Wales markets.

Daniel lives in mid Cheshire with his two children and his dog, Betty. He enjoys attending sporting events, such as rugby and football matches and is a keen gardener cultivating specimen trees, soft fruits and vegetables.

What has been your favourite project and why?
A sale in Nether Alderley of a farm house and associated 15th century barn. The history of the property was fascinating.
