Background and industry experience

Dan specialises in Commercial Asset & Property Management with a wide range of private investors, property companies, charities, trusts, SIPP providers and corporates as clients. His managed portfolio includes industrial estates, multi-let and serviced offices, shopping centres, retail parades, single let properties, mixed portfolios and rural business parks. In addition he provides lease consultancy advice, including lease renewals, rent reviews and lease re-gears, to management and corporate clients. Dan also looks after the Residential Lettings & Management team that aligns very neatly with the commercial management. Dan is supported by a highly skilled and hard-working property management and accounts team.
Dan qualified in 1998 spending 8 years in London with Nelson Bakewell and Colliers CRE, two years at Donaldsons in Birmingham before joining Halls to head and expand the Commercial Management department.

What year did you start your job?
I joined Fisher German in December 2016 after being one of the Halls partners who merged our businesses. I had been at Halls since 2008.

Why did you join Fisher German?
To work within a forward thinking and innovative partnership that would provide support and opportunities to continue to expand the portfolio under management.

What has been your favourite project and why?
To date it has been integrating the team into the Fisher German and winning new business through new colleagues contacts.

Top pastime?
Spending any spare time outdoors with a young and active family.

Best holiday destination?
Too many to choose - love exploring new places and cities.

Who would you like to be stranded in a lift with?
My children as life is full of laughs and never dull when they are around.

Four Weddings and a Funeral - never fails to make me chuckle
