Background and industry experience

Clare joined Fisher German in September 2021, initially working within the Tarmac team but also assisting with two rural estates in Staffordshire.

Clare has over 30 years' experience in rural land management, previously working for chartered surveyors in Lichfield on both private /institutional clients and HS2. Clare has a wealth of experience in project management along with property refurbishments/repairs and compliance.

Out of hours Clare enjoys running, bootcamp, socialising with friends and spending time with grandson Teddy.

What has been your favourite project and why?
I was involved with the audit process for the Heritage Lottery Fund in the renovation of the XH558 Vulcan Bomber, being fortunate to visit Bruntingthorpe and actually get to sit inside the bomber, once completed I was there for the flight - the sound is just so incredibly amazing.
