Background and industry experience
Christy works out of the Bedford Office, where he is part of the Rural Property Management and Consultancy division. He and his colleagues work towards adding maximum value for clients through the management of properties belonging to several estates and businesses, as well as all manner of associated consultancy and valuation work. Christy also works with the Natural Capital team on a variety of projects across the country. He is involved in schemes relating to biodiversity and carbon offsetting as well as contributing to projects exploring emerging opportunities. He has an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences, master's degree in Rural Estate and Land Management, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.About me

What has been your favourite project and why?
An estate that I continue to work with in Northamptonshire. Getting to know the client and their goals has been extremely rewarding, and it was the first estate I was involved with.
