Background and industry experience

Christian heads up Agency in the West Midlands region where his role is to coordinate the Residential Estate Agency activities of Fisher German throughout Worcestershire, Herefordshire and into neighbouring counties. Christian's client work is varied but focuses on the disposal of prime property throughout Worcestershire and Herefordshire. In addition to country house, rural and village property sales, Christian has involvement in development property, acquisitions and a variety of consultancy work, mainly for private clients. Christian conducts all property and development opportunity auctions for the region, with approximately four taking place each year. Christian is also Chairman of Fisher German's Appointments Committee.

Following a Diploma in Estate Management at Cirencester, Christian gained RICS qualification in 1993 and spent 20 years working with his father in the family business known as John Sanders, which merged with Fisher German in 2011.

Home is in Worcestershire with Melissa. The three children have now grown up and are either working or at university so the gap has been filled by four dogs! Christian has a love of all sports, especially national hunt horse racing and field sports. Christian enjoys walking and tries to make time for badminton to keep fit.
