What has been your favourite project and why?
I have enjoyed dealing with some very complex lift and shift negotiations of telecoms equipment to facilitate redevelopment of properties including a difficult case last year in Birmingham City Centre which was challenging but very rewarding and where I was able to use best powers of persuasion with the affected mobile operators to enable the project to be delivered on time and on budget.
