Background and industry experience

Ann joined Edmund Kirby in 2000 as part of the Corporate accounts team and took the main role when the accountant retired. The work was very varied and she reported regularly to the Partners until the Partnership merged with Matthews & Goodman in 2011.

Ann then joined the Property Management accounts team, dealing with both purchase and sales ledger until there was an internal adjustment and she adopted the role of Treasurer. She deals with all cash across the portfolio of circa 150 properties. She does daily and weekly bank reconciliations and deals with the Sales ledger.

Ann has had a very varied career in both the public sector and the private sector and covered all aspects of accounts.

In her spare time she likes to keep herself busy with cooking, reading and planning her next holiday abroard.
