Background and industry experience
Amy is contracted to work for the Tatton Estate advising on their strategic development portfolio and working with the wider Estate team to achieve placemaking and sustainabilityShe specialises in residential led mixed-use development and has an agency and consultancy background. Starting her career at Fisher Germans head office in the midlands, she has progressed through the business. She moved to the North West in 2021 to expand the development offering in the region before being seconded client side and is now based in Knutsford.
Amy is a Chartered Surveyor and was shortlisted in the RICS young surveyor of the year awards in 2022. She previously worked in Parliament.
Living in Cheshire with her dog, she enjoys using her time off work to explore outdoor pursuits including running, hiking, wild swimming and stand-up paddle boarding.
