Background and industry experience
Alastair has over forty years’ experience in the City and Central London office market, particularly in office acquisition, and this is brought to bear in reduction of risk and costs in asset management of countrywide property portfolios through a detailed and highly attentive service to clients with confidence, utilising his wide knowledge of practical and property rated legal aspects.
Alastair lives in the heart of rural Suffolk. He and his wife are trained classical singers (and she an RCM pianist), and music has formed an important and central part of their lives together. He is also Chairman of the Wellington Trust which owns the former HMS WELLINGTON, the only remaining Royal Naval convoy escort vessel from WW2 that remains afloat in the UK. She is berthed on the Thames at Victoria Embankment.
