Manchester Office Colab area 01

Our team has returned to our newly refurbished Manchester city centre office at Centurion House on Deansgate. The office now features a modern interior design aimed at enhancing productivity and fostering collaboration.

Spanning 2,500 sq ft, the Manchester office includes a spacious communal hub and glazed-partitioned meeting rooms that complement the open-plan workspace. This setup provides an optimal working environment for both clients and employees. The space is adorned with natural colour tones, local artwork, and surveying-themed artefacts.

From this office, we will continue to offer a comprehensive range of services, including commercial agency investment, building consultancy, commercial property management, valuation, and business rates consultancy. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we aim to expand our Manchester team and strengthen our presence in the North West region.

One of our partners, David Laws, said: “We’re extremely pleased to be moving back into our new and improved Deansgate office after this refurbishment. The bright interiors, welcoming environment, and dedicated meeting rooms are a brilliant upgrade.

“The reconfiguration of the workspace will support us as we look to grow the business further. The office will showcase our people and skill sets, providing an excellent location to welcome our clients and colleagues. With the ongoing debate around the need for offices, I believe we have created an environment that truly demonstrates the benefits an office can bring.”

One of our surveyors, based at our Manchester office, Marcus Baumber, added: “We’re increasingly witnessing our clients improve their workplaces through relocation or investment because they know their current and future employees are more likely to use them. This time, instead of advising clients, we’ve improved our office for similar reasons. I think the refurbishment is a great first step in growing the Manchester team and increasing our influence in the region.”

Our Managing Partner, Andrew Bridge, added: “We had wanted to improve our Manchester office for some time, and we’re delighted the work is now complete. Refurbishing our Manchester office serves as a testament to our commitment to growth and investment.

“The full extent of the services we can now offer as a multi-disciplinary property consultancy will enable our clients to develop their opportunities and allow our business to continue to grow and evolve. By modernising our office spaces, we position ourselves to attract talent, accommodate technological advancements, and contribute to the vibrant urban landscape.”
