Background and industry experience

Zoey is a Senior Surveyor in the South West region, operating from the Exeter/Cwmbran office since 2021. She specialises in Commercial Property Management, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes industrial estates, serviced offices, hybrid office/industrial units, and large single-let properties for a range of institutional investors, pension funds, and both private and public-sector clients.

Zoey began her professional journey in the legal sector after earning her Law Degree. With over 10 years of comprehensive experience in Property Management, she initially focused on Residential properties in Central London before transitioning to Commercial Property Management in the South West in 2018. This shift allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of the commercial real estate market.

To further enhance her expertise, Zoey pursued a Master’s Degree in Real Estate, achieving a Distinction that has equipped her with advanced knowledge and skills in property management.

Outside of her professional commitments, Zoey resides in Cornwall with her partner and their two cats. She enjoys paddleboarding and coastal walks, reflecting her appreciation for the natural beauty of her surroundings and an active lifestyle.
