Background and industry experience

Trevor started work in 1978 at British Coal in their finance office and then moved to a subsidiary of British Coal, dealing with European grants for small industrial estates which he went on to manage in later years. He later joined Birkby plc before transferring to Ashtenne and in 2004 joined Vine Property Management as a Property Manager, dealing with clients, tenants and contractors.

Trevor is married with two children and three grandchildren, and lives in Rotherham.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Locating an old historic lease not held on client's system which contained a repairing clause, which helped the client claw back approx £1 million from the tenant.

Disney

Top pastime?
Watching Sheffield United and spending time with our three grandchildren,

Best holiday destination?
I've got a a few but the Maldives, Antigua, Las Vegas and Kefalonia are up there!

One item to take to a desert island?
BBQ and a create of Birra Moretti

A light engineer
