Background and industry experience

Stevie is an integral member of the Building Consultancy team in London. He acts on behalf of Landlords and Tenants in the commercial and retail sectors. He is involved in various projects including Building Refurbishments, CAT B fit outs, Dilapidations Advice, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and defect diagnosis.

He attended Jordanstown University, completing his degree in 2017, following which he qualified as a RICS Chartered Surveyor in 2020. He joined Fisher German in 2015 on an industrial placement, returning to the company full time after completing his degree.

Stevie lives in Surrey with his wife and child. Outside of work he enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, whether that is long walks in the countryside with his dog or simply relaxing in the garden. He is a keen Rugby fan, attending games as often as possible.

About me

Why did you join Fisher German?
For the opportunity to work in multiple sectors of the industry and the different types of projects Fisher German are involved in.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Philpot Lane. The project was the restoration of a 16th century basement into an entertainment space for VIP guests. There were multiple building pathology issues to overcome and the final result provided a stunning space.

Top pastime?
Watching Rugby, either on TV or live at the stadium.

Best holiday destination?
Any Ski resort but Val Thorens is hard to beat.

One item to take to a desert island?
A complete collection of Jimi Hendrix albums. And something to listen to them with.

Who would you like to be stranded in a lift with?
David Attenborough.

Dog Day Afternoon.
