Background and industry experience
Megan is a commercial graduate surveyor who joined the London office in September 2023 after having completed her undergraduate in BSc(Hons) Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University. Megan is undertaking her second rotation at the firm in the Central London office team, advising on both acquisition and disposals within the Central London office market. Megan also ascertained lease advisory skills from her first rotation, the Fisher German National Business Services and Lease Advisory team.Before embarking on her university adventure, Megan spent eight months travelling around New Zealand and Fiji. Whilst travelling, Megan also undertook a short period of employment during her travels in the seaside town of Whangamata, New Zealand.
In her spare time Megan enjoys spending her weekends around the commons with friends and family over a walk and coffee.

Why did you join Fisher German?
The invaluable support on the graduate scheme, the culture of the employees and the extensive array of service line offerings the company has to offer to clients.
What has been your favourite project and why?
- Assisting a client with acquiring a new premises comprising a 50:50 split of industrial and office space, consisting of negotiating and agreeing terms within a pressured time period. Resulting in a Tenancy at Will being agreed, to ensure the client had an alternative premises to operate from. Enforcing me to apply my leasing knowledge and achieving the clients satisfaction.
