Background and industry experience

Maxwell joined Fisher German as a Graduate Planner after graduating from Newcastle University in 2021. He works within the Infrastructure Planning Team, based in Ashby de la Zouch, and is currently studying MSc Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Birmingham alongside work.

He works for a variety of utility companies covering everything from oil pipelines to water and sewage treatment to electricity and gas infrastructure assets. He has also been involved in sustainable energy projects including solar parks and hydrogen generation facilities.

In his spare time he enjoys traveling, spending time back up in York with family and friends and playing and watching sport.
