Background and industry experience
Ellie-May joined the Infrastructure Consultancy Central team in September 2017, following a summer placement in the Worcester office in the summer of 2016.Ellie-May graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in July 2017 with a 1st Class Honours degree. She then went on to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in the autumn of 2019.
Ellie-May is mainly focused on large-scale infrastructure projects across the country with experience within the gas, water, electric and oil markets. She has experience in Compulsory Purchase Orders and Development Consent Orders, land acquisition, acquisition of land rights, compensation and project management.
Ellie-May has grown up on a family farm in Warwickshire which is predominately a sheep farm. She enjoys being involved in the running of the farm especially at lambing time and spending time at the livestock markets in the summer buying new stock. She also enjoys playing netball for a local league in Leamington.
