Background and industry experience
Ed has worked in the Central London agency office market for 20 years, his focus being primarily on the City of London. He is retained on a number of multi-tenanted buildings by landlords and offers specialist refurbishment advice to help clients prepare floors prior to marketing and subsequent leasing campaigns. Ed is also retained by clients across a range of sectors to search and acquire new offices and this also encapsulates general lease consultancy advice together with lease renewal work, often formulating a 'stay vs go' approach.Away from the office, Ed very much enjoys running or kite flying on the South Downs and playing football, rugby and tennis. Otherwise, he is predominantly kept busy with his young children and working in the garden.
