Background and industry experience

Bradley was raised in North Dorset where his interest in agriculture was cemented working on a local dairy farm. After graduating from Harper Adams with a degree in agriculture and crop management he then took on an assistant manager job on a progressive arable farm near Stratford upon Avon and still lives in the area today.

With a wealth of agricultural experience and being both BASIS and FACTS qualified Bradley's specialisms are around the management of contract farming and share farming agreements, implementation and management of environmental schemes and the securing of Rural Payment Agency funding as available.

Outside of work, Bradley enjoys keeping fit, the great outdoors and country pursuits, usually with his Labradors not too far from his side.

I had friends working for the business and I was keen to be a part of it

What has been your favourite project and why?
No one project. I am lucky enough to have a range of interesting and innovative clients who like to be at the forefront of agriculture.
